Now Hold Still!!!!

That's right - I'm well aware that Jacob is only 9 months old but when his hair was growing over his ears and curling up in the back, I just couldn't stand it - CUT THAT BABY'S HAIR NOW!!! I had no idea so many people were opinionated about my baby's first hair cut. But they are....and they can get over it - my Jacob is back to his cute, adorable, little boy self now with a super new hair do! Here are more pics to document the occasion. What a little man!

Well Happy Late New Year! We are a bit behind because Jacob decided he would share a terrible, violent stomach virus with the family (including his TuTu) for the New Year. I'll leave most of the descriptions out of this update because "VIOLENT" pretty much sums it up. But, after 7 days, I think Jacob is finally on the mend. Jacob lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks thanks to a course of augmentin and the stomach virus. His pediatrician was quite concerned which had his mama and Gramps in Colorado quite concerned but Jacob decided he would finally eat yesterday - and boy is he making up for lost time. He has quite the appetite which is very comforting to me.

Oh yeah, and Ole Miss won the Cottonbowl and looks like Dallas might win their first playoff game. That pretty much wraps up the last couple of weeks here in our house. Here's to 2010! Can't wait to see what this year has in store for us.
